Google has announced the release of Gemini 3.8 Flash and Gemini 3.8 Flash Cyber, delivering massive performance gains for coding, autonomous agents, and cybersecurity—all at the same low cost of $0.75 per million input tokens.
Gemini 3.8 Flash brings advanced reasoning for long-horizon software engineering and multi-step tasks. It works harder by recursively evaluating steps to rival larger, costlier models.
Gemini 3.8 Flash Cyber, offered to trusted defenders via Google’s new Fairwind Program, provides specialized AI performance in vulnerability discovery and automated patching across 20+ languages.
Both models are live today for developers via Google AI Studio and Google Cloud, with 3.8 Flash rolling out to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers.
